Mimi Chakraborty is one of the most beautiful, talented and popular newcomer actresses in Tollywood. She was born on 11 February 1984. She is from North Bengal. Mimi Chakraborty started her acting career with the television serial “Champion”. Then she acted in another Bengali television serial “Gaaner Oparey” and achieved lots of appreciation for her performance.

Her debut Bengali movie was “Bapi Bari Ja” released in 2012. Her second movie was “Bojhena Shey Bojhena” released in 2013. In the same year her third movie “Proloy” was released. All movies of her was very successful in box office.

Mimi Chakraborty was the winner of “Telekonnya” by Telesomman in 2011. she also won the “Rising Star” award by Big Bangla Rising Star Awards in 2011.
