Biography of Indian Bengali Actress Paoli Dam:

Bengali actress Paoli Dam was born on 4 October 1980. She belongs to a Bengali family. Her father is Amol Dam and mother is Papiya Dam.

Paoli Dam did her schooling from Loreto School, Bowbazar. She passed Graduation with Chemistry honours from Vidyasagar College in Kolkata. She earned Post Graduate degree in Chemistry from Rajabazar Science College.

Paoli Dam began her career as an actress in Bengali TV Serials ‘Jibon Niye Khela’. She acted in few more Mega-serials like ‘Tarpor Chand Uthlo’, ‘Sonar Harin’, ‘Jaya’. Her mega-serial ‘Tithir Atithi’ ran for sis years on TV Channel ETV Bangla.

Paoli Dam came into the focus after the success of her Bengali film ‘Kaalbela’ directed by Gautam Ghosh in 2009. in 2010 Paoli Dam again worked with Gautam Ghosh in the Bengali film ‘Moner Manush’ which was appreciated very much and achieved so many awards. She acted in the movie ‘Chhatrak’ which was much talked in people.

Paoli Dam made her debut in Hindi films with the film ‘Hate Story’ where she played the lead role of a sex worker.

Paoli Dam’s next Bollwyood movie is ‘Ankur Arora Murder Case’.
