Rachana Banerjee is a popular actress in Oriya and Bengali Film Industry. She was born on 2^nd October 1978 in Kolkata. Apart from Bengali and Oriya films she has also done many films in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages. Is most of her Oriya films she appeared mainly opposite Siddhant Mohapatra and in most of her Bengali films she appeared mainly opposite Prosenjit. Other co-stars acted opposite Rachana Banerjee are Anubhav, Mihir Das, Uttam Mohanty, Jisu Sengupta, Ferdous, Siddharth, Mithun Chakraborty and many others. She has also acted opposite Amitabh Bachchan in the hindi film “Sooryavansham”.
